How do I book my wedding date?

A signed contract + 30% retainer secures your date. Without those two things, your date remains open to others.

How far in advance should we book?

Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, but feel free to reach out anytime — I occasionally have short-notice availability.

Do you help with the timeline?

Absolutely. I assist with building a photography timeline to ensure everything runs smoothly and no moments are missed.

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes — engagement sessions are included or offered as an add-on depending on your package.

How many photos do we receive?

Every wedding is different, but a typical full-day wedding ranges from 500–900+ images.

How long until we get our photos?

Wedding galleries are delivered in 6–8 weeks. A preview gallery is delivered within the first week.

Do you offer albums?

Yes — I offer 12×12 heirloom albums and 8×8 parent albums. Custom cover materials and page designs are included.

Will you travel?

Yes! Travel fees apply for weddings outside of my standard service area. Contact me for a custom quote.

Headshots

How do I book a headshot session?

You can book directly through my contact form. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll confirm availability and send over next steps.

What should I wear for my headshot?

Solid colors work best—avoid busy patterns or logos. Neutrals and jewel tones photograph extremely well. After booking, I’ll send a full wardrobe guide.

Do you help with posing?

Yes! I guide you through posing the entire time so you look confident and natural.

How long until I receive my images?

Typical turnaround is 48–72 hours for headshots. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.

Do you offer instant image review?

Yes. Every headshot session includes instant review and on-site image selection, so you choose your favorites before the session ends.

Are digital backgrounds available?

Yes — I offer 117 high-end office backgrounds. My website shows 7 as to save web data. You can choose from my examples and I’ll composite the selected background during retouching. Or if you don’t like the options i can send more to view.

Do you offer corporate rates?

Yes. I offer team packages, on-site setup, uniform lighting, and CSV delivery. Corporate Update Plans are available annually for returning teams.
